Our policy generally does not allow returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, you have a 7-day window to initiate a return.
To begin the return process, please contact us using the Contact form. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned.
Exchanges for Incorrect Items
If you discover that the item received is incorrect, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via the Contact form. We will provide a shipping label for the return, and on the same day, we will dispatch the correct items.
Refund of Money
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
